Also, with The Personal net worth statement with barcode already attached there, do you write directly on the form? (means that's hand-writting statement)

I submitted PNW statement with providing the information in writing on the format given and a barcode was attached on it.

You can download IMM5669E from website. It is fillable pdf file. You can fill it up in computer & print and sign on it by pen.

Now u can submit all together along with PP to VFS. Someone from this forum already did so.
