dear friends I sent a CSI on Friday regarding my MR .... Just now they replied " Original medical forms with other requests sent by registered mail today. "

Yesterday I received MR with RPRF requests. They also asked to send completed form IMM5669E, updated PCC, recent photographs & personal net worth statement (PNW).

Now, I am somewhat worried about the PNW. How much should I show in the PNW? If I show more than the amount which I intended to transfer to Canada, would it create any problem. Or, should I show only the amount I previously showed in the application form? Should I show gold or jewellary?

Another point it that in the letter not mention about interview. So, is it waived?

I expect expert opinion from forum mates.

Mine was : "You are not required to attend interview. You and your dependents must undergo a medical examination." rest are same, i.e., PCC, PNW, bank statement, evidence of fund & personal assets, RPRF

Note the following points...

1. For PNW: They will not consider valuation of car & jewellary. If u have land or building in your name you can include it in your net worth with cash and cash equivalents. It does not matter how much you showed, You only need to carry the amount as per the no of family member.

2. Interview: On the first page of the letter with subject case status/additional information required if u dont find a tick mark before the interview topic then you dont require to attend an interview. if nothing is mentioned here you are also not required to attend an interview. They will only note what is required or put tick mark.

3. IMM5669: Dont forget to fill the item no 8. personal history in the form after the age of 18. if u require further page just print this page again and fill this item only. And top of the page on the right side write ADDENDUM and write ur name on the left side.

YOU CAN TAKE SUPPORT FROM PWD ENGINEER WHO WILL EVALUATE YOUR PERSONAL WORTH STAEMENT (iN CASE OF LAND AND FLAT ONLY).
THEN TAKE STATEMENT FROM NOTARY PUBLIC.
ALSO PRODUCE EVIDENCE OF LAND,FLAT APPROVE BY RAJUK OR APPROPIATE AUTHORITY LIKE LAND MINISTRY.

How did you make Personal net worth statement ?

Dear apu,

if you have land, flat or building in your name/spouse name you can make the valuation by a surveyor company and attach it with the net worth statement. It will be just fine. As far as I know VO only considers cash or cash equivalents supported by bank certificate & statements(FDR, Sanchoy Patra, DPS etc). Even they dont consider cash in hand.
After collecting the certificate from the surveyor comapnay you can make the statement by yourself. If u need further help PM me after you receive such instruction from the VO.
