True I think there will be lot of MR coming after EID because even if SGVO worked last week but due to holidays in Bangladesh post office is working on snail pace to deliver mails.

In general my openion:

SVO is working hard to clear all backlog file by this end of December,12. I think Backlog clear is their KPI. So everybody keep patient and hope every file will complete within timeline.
