That was my point. If the applicant doesn't know or understand the procedures, it would be very tough for them to be successful in Canada. The applicant needs to follow NOC code and JD as per HRSDC website. The should not write whatever they have done rather they should write what is written for the JD on the HRSDC website. I know the applicant might feel comfortable by hiring a consultant/lawyer. They might be able to come here with the help of consultant or lawyer but who would help them to be successful here. There are lots of immigration centre in Canada and they might be able to help a little bit. The main point is the applicant needs to change the mentality and think positively that they can do that.

I have seen several aged Bangladeshi who is working at grocery stores, restaurant and other places in a cold temperature. I am really sorry for them. They could really do better here. The living standard of Bangladeshi is lower than other nationalities who are in Canada. I hope those who are coming nowadays will be able to improve it. Best of luck.

Maybe SGVO work with bulk files to release at a time, thts why we have seen lot of MR coming instantly. Hopefully there will be another bunch in coming days with all of our MR togather.

I have a question. Those who have already underwent medical examination must have noticed that at the doctor's office we all had been asked certain questions and then had been asked to put "NO" next to some questions on some immigration forms. We were also asked to put signatures on those immigrations forms meaning that we truthfully answered all the above ticked questions. In my circumstances, I was not given an opportunity to read the questions and I feel that two of my ticked (by the lady at the doctor's office) answers were wrong( For example, one of the questions were, did I live in a foreign country for a long time during the last five years? I said "YES" but the lady marked "NO"). The lady asked the questions then ticked "NO" next to the answers and asked me to put my signatures on those immigration forms.

Do the doctor's office send those forms to the visa office along with medical reports or just keep them at the doctor's office for their record? If they send those forms to visa office, on which, I believe, two of my asnwers were wrong, what should I do at this point? I am so upset by the work of this lady at the doctor's office. Hope this does not put me in bad situation. Should I write to SVO and explain the situation?

1) Please don't blame others for your own wrong doings. You shouldn't sign anything without reading it at first.
2) Yes, DMPs are obligated to send everything to the Regional Medical Office.
3) I think you should contact your DMP, ask a copy of that signed form and inform everything but I wouldn't suggest you to contact SVO at this moment. They might say you "Don't worry" but ask them to give you a confirmation letter that you have informed them about the mistake. Don't threat them.
4) If they don't agree, tell them you would contact SVO and inform everything about that DMP and specially the office assistant "Lady". DMP would be more worried than yourself at that moment.
5) I believe if the Regional Medical Office needs more info, they would contact you.

I have found on this forum that one guy didn't mention he is married, got PR, arrived to the Port of Entry in Canada, Informed CBS officer that he is married, refused to entry in Canada, had to go back home, got letter from High Commission and they revoked his PR finally.
