Dear Munianwar:
I think it all depends in the in-process date, my in-process date is may 2 and your one is March so we can expect MR anyday this month.
If you look at your timeline, i also send complete package in January 2011 but my in process is two month after that. So I think during the in process date of ours they have surely put some date (Which is not visible in GCMS notes) when they will send the MR. But one thing is sure that we are in the MR queue.

Documents were received by the Singapore office on July 13, 2010.

Application was reviewed and started processing on April 30, 2012.

MR Received on 15th July 2012.
