Don't mind why you want u translate NID? What information it (NID) contains?

I think you can translate it and then notarize, any notarize supporting is acceptable to immigration authority.

My second question was Is it really needed to translate National ID card? As some names are in both language there?

I heard that all the documents if they are in our mother language are need to translate...as NID has only my name and father's name in both language and others are in bengali...I want to know the real scenario...from those who are successfully got PR ?? Are they translated NID or not ??

official pad of my clinic is mostly in bengali and there is no email address or website of the clinic is this necessary?
I found sumwhere that exp. letter should be in company letterhead showing full name address email address and website

Letterhead should have at least the address, phone number, fax number etc. If letterhead have all other info other than website and email, maybe its not a problem. Provide a visiting card of the person signing the experience certificate. I hope visiting card is mostly in English.
