Why are you mixing pre M1 applicant with new applicants
Our case is totally different that others

No mixup. try to understand the issues. Whatever the Applicant is ; pre feb 2008, MI-1,2,3,4,5 , SELDEC 1 is the desired sign and he passes the hardest hurdle. moreover, it can appear well before the MR. for all, pre feb 2008, Mi-1 to whatever.

Your case is not totally different from others. if you had applied before Pre Feb 2008 and in your caips the Selection Criteria is SELDEC 0, you're in the imminent risk of getting your Application returned without being processed. Read Qorax's Post to be more clear.
