Dear Hollowman/Deva Avik / Ahsan Bhai,

Thanks lot For below information.

So, As per Ahsan Bhai's information its clear that 17 yeras eduction
it would award 25 points.

I think Confusion raise bcz. in credit system some students make
1 year or 1.5years course but course duration extended to
2 years o 2.5 years, so in those case point calculated for 16 years,
I am not cent percent sure just assuming this, Pls. advice.

Thanks
Jackdaw

If any institution completes a one year course in 3 years, they will consider only 1 year, simply. ;)

Dear deba_avik and others....
Did anyone from SGVO got medical request after documents update?
or are you people too sailing in the same boat as NDVO applicants?

Hi lokoloko0,

We few people have got IP date after sending docs whereas majority are not. None has got MR yet, so far from this thread. However, keeping our fingers crossed.

Dear Jackdaw,

The clear things are:

1. 17 years or 17 years + education (with Masters/Ph.D) will only be awarded 25 points.
2. 15 years or 17 years or 17 years + education ( with Bachelor degree only) will be awarded less than 25 points (20 or 22 according to condition given by CIC).

Jackdaw, our most experienced one of a successful revered forum member Ahsan Bhai confirmed the issue with reference and confidently. So, we are above the ambiguity now regarding this confusion. But the clear and rigid things are the above 2 points. Hope we all are clear.

A timeline is given on the left hand corner in my profile. They asked for a fresh IELTS test result which I sent early last year. According to the web update they started processing my file from March 7, 2012, and so far I did not receive any request for further information.

thanks

Dear seniors

Please explain what does it mean? ''Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on June 26, 2010.Your application will be forwarded to the visa office for further processing.''

Did cic calculate my points? as per cic guideline "If your application is eligible for processing, your application will be assessed against the following requirements:

minimal requirements
selection factors
sufficient funds
If your score is equal to or greater than the pass mark, your application will be sent to the visa office for further processing. Got PER on 30th of March, 2011. Last one year waiting for further processing. How long will be wait??? Please reply to me.
