Dear Ahsan Bhai,
If anybody got 67 points with IELTS score 5.5. Then is there any effect for decision making by visa office ?

Individual moderate score wont b a problem, but If u have average 5.5 and a basic score, for example-in reading-4.5 then they may ask u to improve ur IELTS or even they can reject a case they got the power
For to b safe side --u can improve ur ielts and send the updated result to VO----its the best option(If u got a individual basic score)

Ruhul,
I think no problem. I know people who passed with such score. Your second time score is better as all the individual band has 5.5 or more. VO look into the total score of 67. They dont bother your detail english proficiency. If you are already assessed by CIO positively, VO will not reject you for this reason. They need passmark of 67. How you achieved it is not very much important. I know 1 person who has lower score than u but covered 67 points by taking 5 point for relative in Canada, and got positive outcome. So no need to be worried.

Once it was not a problem. Today it can be. Might is right. :) :)

V officers have the power to do so...I agreed. But no problem in terms of guideline.

I think it depends on NOC. Some NOC demands more english to b established some needs less.Better to avoid basic score .
5.5 isnt a problem-problem is the basic score -better to have moderate(If possible high).U may know some good agency dont work with files if it got a basic score

Could anybody suggest me how could I request singapore visa office to include our second child (born on 14/11/2011) in my PR application. Is the case specific enquiry the only way to let them know about recent changes? I would like to request Dr. Hasib's expert opinion. I launched my application in July 2007.

I appreciate your valuable comments/advice.

Thank you..

Dear Tushar Vai,

I was silent for long days. But watching your post, it was very tough for me to keep silent. I think, you are thinking emotionally. I can see that, you had very over-excitement and lot of expectation. Vaijan, this is very tru that no one will get the desired job at the very first age in Canada. It is very tough. You just think of our case in Dhaka. Suppose, there is a guy who came from village and the other guy is from Dhaka. It is very likely that, the guy from Dhaka will be very much familiar with the culture of Dhaka and the interviewer will prefer the guy from Dhaka if the qualification is same. Whereas the Canadians dont believe in our education system and I think there are much more to learn for those who goes first time to Canada.

Yes, there are exceptional cases but you know that cannot be used as example. My dear Brother, you made a mistake by going so fast there. please dont make another mistake by coming back.

Search for the culture there. search for the trend there. Find some bridging programs which can match your education with their one. you can also take the loan from OSAP for your further education. Try to make the link as much as possible. Find the Job registering organization who will register you for the jobs and will notify you. There are many organizations there in Toronto who only helps the new Immigrants. COSTI is one of them. you can contact them and take advice. The main think is that, you have to change your mind set for set job. You may have to do some odd jobs also. Vai, please dont be frustrated. I personally know some of my friends who got good job after two months and someone still unemployed after six months.

So, it is you who will decide when to get the JOB. It is you and you.

Best of Luck.

Saifullah

Dear Kochi,
I am also in RBVO, still. Over 8 months in RBVO. mchowdhury and canadal0ve have recently seen missing address information in their ecas. They are also RBVO like us. So I am hopeful for them and for other MI-2 applicants like us. I guess we have to wait more, even just to get In Process. Then Allah knows how much longer after that. I liked what you said - 'Wait.............' :-\

Ruhul, hope2011,Probir, Ziglar, casayed and others of MI2 waiting in RBVO : Is there anything going on? Is your application 'In Process'? Please share. ???
