Ami full Doc pathiechi 27th June 2010 te and ora receive koreche 10th June 2010 e. So amar 16 month shesh and 17th month running. Is there any chance of any advancement of my file? Apnar ki mone hoe? R as per CAIPS feedback amar BF'D holo February 2013. Please share your opinion about the situation.

you will get your's anytime If you are lucky enough.

Rumors are that pre 2006 ( inclusive) applicants might never get their PR application granted.
few 2007 applicants got their MR's all around the world. things could turn green for you in 2012. CIC has pledged working hard on backlogs.

Summary of the announcement

1. Canada (CIC) plans to welcome 55,000–57,000 federal skilled workers, up from 47,000–47,400 in the 2011 Immigration Levels Plan.
STILL THE PLAN FOR 2012 IS 13,000 LESS THAN THEY ADMITTED IN 2010.

2. They have been able to reduce 50% of the backlogs; applicants prior to 2008.
REST OF THE 50%'s FATE STILL HANGING IN IMBALANCE.
