Hi,

Today received our PP back with maple leaf visa and COPR.

On my COPR i have found that last letter from my given name is not there. Instead of "hossain" they have written "hossai". Then search the google and found that "COPR can only print 15 characters" and my given name is 16 character including a space. Does any one has such experience?

I am thinking of sending a mail tomorrow to CIC regarding this. Lets see what they say about it.

go back to CHC dhaka, and inform them..if they think it needs to be corrected then they will send it to SGVO once again. If they say, it;s ok then no problm at all.

Vai, there is a basic difference between Bengali and Bangladeshi. Kolkata people tell them as Bengali as like us.

Among the above names, I feel like "BANGLADESHI CANADIAN FORUM" may be the parfect name for our facebook group.

Congrats!! my husband's COPR had same problem. then we noticed that in the remarks section they mentioned " full name is XYZ". Pls check urs too..

Same to mine. Its not a problem as in system detail information for all of applicant is stored and they checked with system during landing.
