I would like to know the way to work as a doctor in Canada and present situation of
Rubina doctors in canada and which city is best.

General Physicians have a very good prospect in Canada.
Before you could go on practicing or work in Hospitals there, you'd be needed to take 2-3 licensing exams. most of the doctors there are from India, Pakistan, Middle Eastern Countries, Caribbean and African territories.
