thanks for sharing .... very important, please read everybody.
it says, it is unlikely to have a new MI in 1st July, instead there will be no new application this year(not even business class)
and this is for the faster process of clearing the backlog of around 25000 files
it is good news for the prejuners, and not any bad news for those waiting for new MI. Once backlog is clear CIO will
introduce Just-in-time policy (one kind of japanese method) for processing the files, which will take less time for processing each
file. So, all the new applicants in 2013 are likely to land in canada within shortest possible time.
So, new applicants don't worry, while we've been waiting for more than 2 years, in your case it won't be that long.
My advice you guys can make some documents ready (education, birth, marriage, experience etc.) so that
you can apply as soon as new instructions come.
