How long ago your friend submitted the full documents and which stage the file on VO table that is a point. With a good cover letter he can send his experience document and no harm for that as I believe.
He will get 22 points for his MBBS.

1. photocopies of trancripts with seal and necessary signature in a university sealed envelope (certified photocopies by university) will value as original true copy, VO must accept it.

2. Why u need that one, go to ur exam center and collect another original copy (you will get a total of 2 original copies without any extra fee)

3. Not mandatory, you can collect from HRD manager or any senior personnel whom u can show ur immediate supervisor.


4. Local bank is quite ok. (as i submitetd Prime Bank's certificates)

5. You should submit notarized photocopy of marriage certificates. not original.

i am collectiong documents to submit to singapore very soon. Regarding all i have some queries:

1.Singapore visa office required original transcripts in University sealed envelops. But my University give me photocopies of trancripts with seal and necessary signature in a university sealed envelopa (certified photocopies by university) not real transcript. They said u can have only one real copy, else should be photocopy.

should i send this? or go university again send original copy in University sealed envelops?

if i send them original should they send this back to me(like IELTS original test result )?

2.when they will back IELTS original test result?

3.is it mandatory to have reference lettter from immediate supervosor or the perosnnel officer???

i have reference letter from managing director of my previous and present employer who is not my immediate supervisor. is it ok for submit or should i collect reference letter from immediate supervosor or the perosnnel officer???

4. for bank certificate local bank like markentile is ok or it should be any other international bank?

5. . photocopy of merriage certificate can work or i shoulod submir original?

I was thinking the same if there was any option to send the medical or subsequent paper mails using those reliable services ! There is a hope though, if they get lost anywhere in the regular mail, there has to be a way to have them resent from CHC singapore. Seniors like Maties, PMM, Bobby, Leon should know it. PM them anyone.

I think Dr Wahab and Dr Lina are the most frequented ones ,the formar takes 2500/= per each and the latter takes 3000/= per each, residing in Dhamondi.I went to Dr Wahab and found them quite ok .The total procedure would take maximum of two hours for 3 persons .Yes ,they are open on Saturdays . Still it's better to contact them before you decide to go for it as they might not be available sometimes .You'd find the contact numbers of the DMPs written on the DMPs lists.Don't forget to bring photographs (2)of each member and passports.Good luck.

Hi swapnochary ,

VO received my Medical on July 29 .I have a different situation , before sending my newborn son's papers to add with my application I got my Medical request .Although I wanted to send my newborn son's papers to VO early but MRP (passport) for my son took almost 53 days to receive.As I did not get the passport sooner,I could not send them early .I did not notify about my newborn baby which was mistake I got it later on.We finished and sent our medicals (Me and my wife )and send our ,RPRF and child's paper to VO.

Does anybody have any idea how long it might take to receive child's medical and PP request .

i have only one copy of IELTS, should i send that?

British council told that they will send another copy if i give them DHL courier service charge. i can give them other documents which i want to send . Send package by them is risky? they told they will give me DHL reference no.

what other ppl do? plesae share.

I think so ,but I am expecting my child's Medical and PP request together sometime in mid September .Let me see if my assumption gets light or not.

Do any of you have idea regarding March document senders? No update after 5 months from sending the docs to Singapore CHC!! Still the status is Rec by visa office.
