No I didn't get MR yet. My file status is RBVO. From January 27/28 my ecas address is also missing. Most probably it's a technical error. Still like to hope something good will happen. InshAllah.

In proof of settlement fund they have said that any large deposits must have clearly documented provenance to show the funds are yours. In my bank statement there are several transactions of one lac taka (both debit and credit). Should I submit document for One lac taka (around 1200 CAD)?

I thing this type of talking our country consultant but if any body show the cic link ? They told you that you will take this money with you.Because i know one person his full family was back from tronto immigration because immigration officer tell to count all money then he see its short so he back from airport. If you give this paper its good but i did not see its mandatory.

2) pay slip.
3) Appointment letter.
4) where get money details.
5)Income tax letter Etc

But without this letter i was send my full document and i collect my CAIPS NOTE and i got 70 point so i don't know why BD maximum consultant want it may be their try to over sure.

* Education-e kon year mention korbo ? Passing year na Exam. held year ? Education should be mentioned in the passing year
amar BSS ( hons ) passing year 2004, Exam. held year 2006. The year you actually passed should be mentioned in the form but the number of year you officially studied has to be counted ? .

jodi exam held year mention kori tahole total education year beshi hobe na ? Total education year should be mentioned as it is supposed to be. But there might be session problem (Because of political turmoil), you might avoid it

( mark sheet & transcript-e passing & exam held every thing detail mention kora ase. )

* under FSW programme-e immigration application process ki 9-12 maser vitor complete hoye ? It was reported that FSW1 normally take 9-12 months but FSW2 may take more than this

* Ontario province-e Toronto city te visa process-e na ki onek beshi time lage ? I do not have exact information.... I am sorry

For an example, My BSc is a 4 years and supposed to be finished in 2000 but it was completed in 2003. But I used 4 years to get 17 years of education

u cant b correct 100 percent but u talk like that u know all the rules and what u say is the correct one!!!u may not read all the post of this forum.Few applicants got such letter that they must submit the related documents if they got huge money transfer

Its better you use Passing year.
SW programme-e immigration application process time now 19 month.
provincial program all time faster then FSW.

• Submit the original reports of a language test by an approved organization (International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or the test d'évaluation de français (TEF)) – test results must not be more than one year old at the time of submission

Adaptability Factors:

If you or your accompanying spouse has a relative in Canada, provide:

• Proof of your relationship to them (e.g. birth certificates showing parentage)
• Proof of their status in Canada (copy of permanent resident card, citizenship certificate, or Canadian passport)
• Proof that they are currently residing in Canada (e.g. recent utility bill, salary statement, or tax return in their name, sent to their residential address in Canada)

Any additional information and documents for consideration when your application is assessed must be received by this office within sixty (60 days) from the date of this letter. If you need more time, you must advise this office immediately and provide detailed reasons. Your request will be considered, but there is no guarantee that an extension will be granted. If no further evidence is received within this timeframe, your application will be assessed on the basis of the information on file. This may lead to the refusal of your application.

I have just joined in this forum, so yet to understand the abbreviations which are used here. Thank you so much for your informative post. You have written here "then send PR 2006 September to December" - I have sent my application in August 2006, so what will happen to me? And again what you meant by sending PR? I had received request for my full update in November 2009 along with 'right of immigration fee". Can you please please please give your opinion what to do or what might it be?
