i sent my full docs in june to the singapore visa office but still no second AOR from the visa office . but e-cas shows received by visa office.i am applying from bangladesh. do you?
does ielts score 10 out of 16 matter in getting PR in canda? could you please share your IELTS score here.

Status changed into "In Process" on July 1st and medical received on July 15th via regular post.Please maintain a liaison, in a way whatever you think the best, with your local postman if you are from Bangladesh !!

I earnestly wish your status changes into " In Process " before October this year.Don't bother much regarding your IELTS score .By the way ,could you please share your individual band score. I got 14 out of 16 in 1st official language.

you'd get a new file number with the postal mail that would have the 2nd AOR.
I havent heard a single case that IELTS came into consideration for 0213's. 4131's need better IELTS. its the latest trend from CIC.

How many of this thread have Provided the source of PoF they sent to CHC Singapore with full docs?

HI IMU, when ur e-case status changed to RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE and when was ur full doc received by visa office?? My case is same too. My full doc was received on 18th june and e-case changed to RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE ON 2nd july, but still no AOR. Did any.one receive the the 2nd AOR in july??

Do the following two things now and if they fail, kick off the 3rd one.

1. Check with your Central Post Office
2. Check with your local post office and postman.

3. Send an email about this unavailability of the 2nd AOR.
