Yes I think if you land in March that will be very good, in that time at least you will not see the snow and the temp could be around 10-15

Your time & my time line is same. NOC also same. I applied on 22th January-2011. Received PER on 30th of March-2011, from 15th of April ecase shows RBVO. Got Acknowledge letter from VO on 6th of May-2011. Till date waiting for further processing from VO. Don't know how long it will be??? Please keep in touch. Where are you working? Did you know any post June applicant reject by VO?? Is it in normal position??

Nothing to worry about Ecas. CIC does not follow Ecas to carry out it's tasks.
