In English translation document, does it necessary to write by the translator that " this is the true translation of the content of the original document.

Dear Hasib Bhai,
Sometimes no prediction works for CIC.... "Unpredictable like women".... Hahahaha... My application was filed in Nov 2010. CIO reviewed on Feb 13,2011... VO recvd the file and issued letter to me on 24th March 2011.... Till then my status is RBVO.... One of my friend got VO letter of the same date as mine but his process is completed and he has got visa on last month... can u predict anything????

Hi senior and fellow applicants

As I inform in the blog earlier that I got NER due to my job responsibilities is not match (case officer think) with the occupation category I applied.I am going to submit my file very soon. I am going to submit another JD where I will mention all my major responsibilities. However, I am confused that-
1. should I modify my earlier Job responsibility and add some new responsibilities I done

or

2. should I keep my previous Job responsibilities as it is and add some new responsibilities. Pls reply.

Hello Rafayet, don't worry about validity. It is for 15 years. Confirmed. You can check following link for reference www.ecs.gov.bd/MenuExternalFilesEng/271.pdf
Go to page 3, Chapter II, point number 7 of this gazette. It is in Bengali, so if you want to provide a copy of this particular page # 3 to CIO, SVO, you will also have to give a translation for it and an affidavit on 50 tk stamp paper. The registered translator will promise that this is true translation etc etc. It will be signed, notarized, dated etc. I think providing this page 3 and translation and affidavit is better but not necessary as this can be easily found out by officials. Even if you don't provide this, at least give a written explanation for the 15 year validity.

Secondly, translation document and affidavit are separate. In translated copy , translator will not say this is true translation. He just translates on company letter pad and with stamp date and notarized. Then in 50 tk stamp paper translator has to say this is true translation etc etc... this again notarized, stamped, advocate signed and dated. Both translation and affidavits are needed. I hope I have been able to help you.
