Dear Apu,

Welcome back! From this July some of Pre-June applicants (sent full docs before september 30, 2010 to SGVO) status has been changed to In Process (inside details are same) with address disappear and reappear drama.

What is written inside you In Process status? If nothing written like '%processing has begun%' then i think you are in the same boat like us who have no clue about what is going inside SGVO. We are waiting for MR in optimistic view.

Dear Prince Vhai,
Its the same msg as received by visa office. With the same msg, my husband's friend got his mr request with RPRF followed by PPR and then his e-cas status changed into : your application was reviewed and we started processing on July 11, 2011... something like that. Pls comment.

Dear Apu,

I believe that person is also a pre-June applicant like us. Could you please tell us when his 2nd AOR was issued? Finally, the MR for that person is spreading some light for the sailors in a deep sea!!!

Hope for the best!

His second AOR was issued in March 2010.

S_Haque,

some of the ND applicants were waiting for RPRF and MR after their ecas changed to IP last year but when they shot a case specific inquiry, they got the reply that their file was going through background check, which actually must have done once or it was stopped halfway, quarter way etc during the checks were underway. they are giving most priority now on MI-2 and MI-3 with very little operation on pre June 2010 applicants.

losing hope. dont know how long 2007 applicants have to wait. is this our fault to apply earlier.

So it has taken a long time, really! One of my colleagues who had submitted her documents to SGVO on June-2010 and received the 2nd AOR on July-10, she has got her passport stamped recently. She is also from NOC 1111.

Thanks.

Dear,

I have applied for in the federal skilled worker immigration. Please note that I have two kids who are only 1 years old. If everything goes well, I hope the kids age will be 2 years at the time of departure. I dont want them to go with me. First I go make proper arrangement and then take them. Is this way possible?

Anyone please reply(who knows).

Thanks,

Mamoon

This is a real problem for some families. Unfortunately, I don't know any real life experience of anyone. As per the law, the principal applicant has to land first. The accompanying family, may or may not arrive with you the first time. Its your and their wish, but you MUST be the one to land first. PA must land first or lands with whole accompanying family. Secondly, if accompanying family (family members that you mentioned in form who will accompany) joins later on it's ok as long as they arrive before the expiration date in Visa.

I also applied on Jan, 11,2007. Since then no reply from their site. Obviously not our fault, yet lack of responsibilities and commitments of immigrant authorities to the applicants of 2007 (SGVO).Ours money as to this matter r being considered the 2nd largest revenue of CAD's econony, yet they dont have capability to fix the so called backlog problems. What does mean demand list? All will be doing odd job at the outset even be they r in Demand List.

Therefore, u have to inform them in supplied documents that your accompanying members like spouse/kids will come later on.But they will have to make entry within the time frame of completion medical ( if I am not wrong completion of medical valids 1 year...so if u go immediate after ur medical then yours accompanying members must go within 1 year)

robi2007 and shofiul,

Don't lose your hopes.
Canada is not the same country as it used to be before 2008. They have suffered immensely from the recession, poor economy, more unemployed people, lower revenue from its citizens, more idle immigrants those have not contributed to its economy at all yet availing all its government services - free schooling, health etc. all of you will get your calls but this will take more time. CIC's slowest speed of processing is the reflection of their citizens will.
