I asked them abt this.....they made a joke abt this...is not funny....whatever nothing to do....but the think is how to reply about this unauthorized agent...we cant say that we have not taken any help from them...coz the mailing address was their...pls suggest us what to do....all documents are genuine...is not the issue right now....

Did you apply for new PP? If not then apply as soon as possible.

After getting new PP, just raise a CSE and give scan copy of new PP along with old one.

yes take photocopy of the bio pages, morning time is better between 10-11 am...not sure abt delivery address in appendix A, i didn't write any address...i think my lawyer filled that form...and congrats for the PPR

Did they drafted any reply to this answer of PF query for their clients? What should you answer if SGVO demand the explanation of using them?

It depends on your choice. For urgent it will take 15 days(6000BDT). Normal 30 days(3000BDT).

In my letter, it is also mentioned to communicate through email. But every one is suggesting me to send hardcopies also. May be to reduce sgvo's work load. Because they have to print all the scanned docs & may b it will take some time for them to arrange the printer. Thats why..............hahahahhahaha

Exactly..

This is the main point which is required for Visa Center Inc. and SA associates applicants.

What is their plan if PF letter would be issued? What they are going to reply as an explanation.

Those explanation should be shared to the applicants whether it is convincing to VO or not.

I request you to clarify those things before facing any incidents.

Till date they received couple of PF queries and they helped the applicant to arrange the required docs as proof and drafts a letter explaining the situation. But I think this is yet to say whether the VO is convinced with their repy or will they release those applications from their "fishy zone".
In my case I have additionally submitted all the docs as rumen bhai suggested in his earlier post with my initial application. If I rec now any PF query just bcoz I m a VC client I wonder what I will send to proof!!
