I do agree here. I have also send my GCMS to one of my known indian visa processing agency and they checked via their lawer and confirmed me that there is nothing related with visa centre or agency and even grouping is VO internal process. SO nothing bad. do not worry. I have taken their assistance and i got upto medical and waiting for passport request. but surely you can make a survey to know overall status of their client.

Attention please :

Yesterday I received my second GCMS and it has a lot related to Visa Center. My initial application was sent mentioning their address, though later i did all my works by myself, changed the address and thought it was over. Now in my second GCMS, see what i have found in a note section:

"This application is one of over 60 that have been identified to date as an undeclared and unqualified immigration consultant called Visa Cent6er Inc. It has been identified based on a combination of one or more of the following commonalities. 1. A common mailing address 2. Common format and font for the family composition sheets with bangla script. 3. common format of employment certificate. 4. Common format of pay slip. Given the involvement of an undeclared and unqualified consultant along with the common formatting in supporting documents, there are serious concerns that the employment history of the applicant has been misrepresented. Application forwarded to DIPM for further assessment."

Among all 4 points mentioned by them, i have only the first one, the address. Now can someone put some light on it? any other member of the forum having the same problem???

It is SGVO and the note date is 20th January 2015. But when i received my first GCMS on 22nd April 2015, this note was not there.

I have seen similar GCMS note from NIV
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/fsw-2013-singapore-visa-office-lets-connect-here-t161055.2865.html

It seems VO has not ability to assess these files where group address name same assigned in those application. Reason VO put notes to further assesse by their senor like IPM ( Immigration Program Officer) or DIPM (Deputy Immigration Program Officer)

Lest hope for the best....

An impertinent query:

I tried to get GCMS from Visafile few days ago. But every time I tried to pay via my City AmexGold card I failed. Please note that I arranged everything prior transaction: passport endorsement, USD limit available and notification of transaction to City call center. But it was not possible and they also did not give any satisfactory reply.

Please advice how could I pay for a GCMS note.

The photo spec has not changed from below measurement~

- The photos must be 35 mm (13/8”) by 45 mm (13/4”).
- The head must measure between 25 mm (1”) and 30 mm (11/5”) from crown to chin.

Note: Crown means the top of the head or (if obscured by hair or a head covering) where the top of the head or skull would be if it could be seen.
