Those whom have gotten MR within 30 days are extremely lucky vai...And overall, FSW14 files are processing swiftly compare to prev yrs application...

So have patience....Its completely SG's "MORJI" i mean wish when they will touch ur file...


No one, even SG can not tell (thats what my opinion... ) that when they will start ur file processing before ur MR ....

Hi Bro,

May be you will get directly your MR+PPR, who knows. Wish they will do....
But there is no doubt that now SGVO definitely is working faster than previously.
Though there is no gap in your all papers, most probably they are working on your skill background check.
This is my assumption.

When your docs reached sgvo? They are most likely in holiday mode this week.

Is it possible that after CC/DD is charged, CIC can inform someone that his application is returned because the NOC is capped? What I understood was if CC /DD is charged, then he is already inside the Cap.. Someone please correct me if I am wrong..

Yes... If they charged CC/DD that means it is in the CAP. There shouldn't be doubt.
But if mistakenly they charged definitely then will return the fund and will be informed by Email.

Did you check your DD has encashed yet or not.

Now we understand that 2nd line is not matter.
SGVO is working in the backend without ECAS update.
SO delay may vary depends on application weight (background check) and complex information.

Thanks.. No I couldn't yet check whether my DD has encashed or not.. BTW, i was referring from one thread where someone was claiming so.. Confused.. He wrote...

My CC was charged on 21 January .

It also stated that my application fee would be refunded ."

At this stage only way to wait for the final letter if the NOC has CAPPED.
Meantime I suggest please check with bank that your DD has encashed or not.
That is only way to get a confirmation about your application status within next 4~5 days time.

I assume you should get your PER but may be there some mistake on your Email ID ....
Otherwise by this time you should receive NER email from CIC that you are out of CAP.

If your DD has issued by SCB then you can talked to Manager/Senior level personnel can get email confirmation from Royal Bank of Canada about the DD encashment. If you have known person then SCB will not charge you otherwise you need to pay CAD25 for this written information.
