MR GUIDELINE FOR SGVO APPLICANTS

Wish you all good luck with your immigration & hope almighty may bless you enough to fulfill your dreams soon. Out of those who are already done with their MED, can anyone please explain the overall medical procedure so that other applicants who are about to get MR can take some preparations right ahead. Please answer the below questions point by point for all the MR awaiting applicant's benefit:
1. Is there any SGVO DESIGNATED hospitals or medical practitioners? Which one do we choose? [size=10pt]Yes. In dhaka there are three places where you can go for medical. I went to Dr. Wahab's place at Baridhara since it was 10 min from my place. I heard that Prescription point at Banani is also good.[/size]
2. What is the procedure of getting an APPOINTMENT there? [size=10pt]At Dr. Wahab's place you dont need any appointment. He is there from 8am to 12pm and 4pm to 7pm. I went at 9am and it took only 30min to complete the Medical.[/size]
3. What DOCUMENTS and FEES should we take before going there? [size=10pt]Take the original Passport and MR form sent by local vo. Fee is 3000tk for each person.[/size]
4. What do we HAVE TO FACE during the medical test? [size=10pt]Blood(HIV+VDRL+HBS-ag+other basic things) test, Urine test, Chest X-ray, Eye test, Blood pressure,weight,height measure.[/size]
5. How much TIME/DAYS do they take to provide the medical report? [size=10pt]In my case they took 4 days to upload the results.[/size]
