Greetings,

I am preparing to submit my application under FSWP of Canada within 1st week of November insallah.
I need the following clarification urgently:

1. Should I send copies all my certificates and transcripts (from SSC to Masters) or only Honors & MBA's certificates (ECA report based on these two degrees) will fulfill their need?
2. Should I write my education period as this ways: Primary/Elementary -5 years, Higher/Secondary- 7 years, University/College- 6 (4+2) years?
3. In case of all my academic certificate and NID, my name is written as Md. Sabbir Hossain but in passport and other documents it is written as Mohammad Sabbir Hossain. Will this create problem for me or I should submit any affidavit stating that both are same person and all documents belong to me.
4. I am preparing to apply under NOC 1114- Other Financial Officer. My background is I have more than 9 years of experience in the Structured Finance Division of both commercial and investment bank. Is it too late to apply in this category?
5. To whom I should send the application directly to Canada or Singapore office?
6. Is notarization of all copies of documents mandatory?

Will they give me the letter without seal and signature of MOFA ?

And this way how many days were required for you ?

Actually i managed with the police personel from the City SB office at my hometown.
what i saw in my case PCC required 3 signatures/seal. From 1. police station, 2. SB, 3. MOFA.

the local SB and PS done the address verification(hometown), filled-up the PCC and given their seal/signatures, then the handed over the PCC to me to get the seal from MOFA in case of emergency. i then submitted the PCC to the counter at info desk in MOFA and got it back after 3 days with seal and signature. Later i sent a photocopy of the PCC to my local PS and SB office for there reference.

took me 7 days in hometown and 4 days in dhaka.

i had applied for Canadian student visa but unfortunately it was rejected by the Canadian visa office in Singapore. They showed some reasons under SECTION 291 which are illogical(I addressed it illogical because i have showed enough funding and none of my family member was accompanying me but the have ticked the option where its written that I have not sufficient fund to pay my tuitions and my family members who will be accompanied me .).now I want to ask you if it's going to harm my application for UK student visa.please reply asap

No harm at all but why uk? No option to get settled my friend. Better try for Australia or even New Zealand . It's good.

I was in same problem, I tried to contact local thana, they will provide you only PCC, It will take time. Im afraid without bribe, you will not get it. Then I contact Mirpur-2 thana, He ( I forgot his name, but you can ask who is the in charge of PCC verfication) took 3500 Per PCC with all charges, No tension, I went there after 2 after days and it was attested by MOFA..

Your address in passport also were in outside of Dhaka and still they have provided you the clearance from here in dhaka, right ?

You will get AOR when your app reaches to the local VO.

Yes, it was. The local thana was also asking about the same amount of money, I didn't take hassle to change my address in passport either.

After getting PER from CIC , u will get AOR from SG after one-two month (avg.).....

I called them twice but they said they are handling too many application at this moment. I also asked how many more month I have to wait. In replied she said you will find it in your ICAS status. She didn't even want to continue the conversation. looks like they are doing huge favour doing my assessment and doing it for free. ICAS was a wrong choice for FSW applicant this year. They should not continue in this business if they keep going like this....

In my PER I didn't see that they are transferring my file to VO. I mean they didn't mention anything in this regards. But they informed that, further correspondence and final eligibility will be confirmed by the VISA Office.

Till date not received AOR also. My PER date is 24.09.2014

Is it a problem?
