First of all, I am requesting you to use Firefox browser because it will help you to reduce misspelling ( 7 misspell in 5 lines ). jnathan already asked your IELTS score and I know his intention behind asking.

Secondly, There are at least 100+ people got MR after December 2010. Please go through different threads also and don't just stick with Bangladeshi thread. This time, I will not give u statistics because u already said I invested time for silly matters on scrutinizing in each of post which I didn't because I don't have such unnecessary time. What i did, I opened your profile, clicked on your all posts link at a single click, just counted ( ctrl+F ) the words (consultant and airlines) ... total time took around 2 minutes.

Thirdly, There is no hard and fast rules that VO only issue MR during July-December and rest of the time they do other task. I again, advice you to read forum thoroughly.

Fourthly, If someone can spend 4000 USD for consulting fees then he/she has to travel in Emirates/Turkish's Business class but not in the economy class.

Last but not least, to err is human. If people make mistake of sending proper docs or hesitate to ask any questions, then no forum of this world can help that person. Sometimes, CIC also does mistakes also. So, why not consulting firms will not do any mistake? Almost, every consulting firms tells client that their success rate is 100% including two firms whose owners are my seniors friends. They can at-best appeal for you in case if you face in any legal trouble. Otherwise, they are just a doll. Lawyers can be included at any stage if you face trouble. My known consulting firms always allure me ( giving me some percentage ) to give them some bokhra (clients) since I am an employee of one the leading MNC in BD but I never forwarded any single colleague to them from my office.

Sorry to say that this is probably the most attacking reply of mine in this forum. I also know that you are more than 7 years older than me.

see, u didnt get the point......but anyways to err is human!! All i wanted to say was: the canadians know that the qualifications we have isnt just enough to get a categorical job...... they know most of the outcomes..... but exception is always there and exceptions cant be examples. I have never meant to attack people/profession/adaptability/capability/race/religion and whatsoever. hope u understand. i am really not into arguments.....and no point of doing it once i know wht is right and wht is wrong...... anyone can have his/her own POV. it is just how u look at it.

The fact isnt true. ur agent is not saying the truth or isnt concerned well. The real fact is SGVO can issue mr at any time. just couple of weeks ago one of my friends got his mr and another one got mr on yesterday. it is about the luck........

conditions: Environment has to be calm, easily reachable from any location ( not any corner or remote place of Dhaka ), price and quality should be reasonable, can spend long time easily, etc

Now, it is easy to understand what's going on with the applications of Singapore VO.
2nd AOR errupted/came in due time but MR is stuck as it is not in the right position.
Solution: we have to pull it out surgically 8)

Dear Dentist Vhaia,

The fact is cic will issue the first 29000 visas of post june 2010 and then they will decide or issue about the rest, however the both job will be accomplished at the same time. cic has 240k-265k quota and still there are 225k visas are available for the pre june applicants. is it good enough? we all hope so. Now what is alarming: NOC 0213 has a CAP established recently and applicants are getting refused..... but still there is a cahnce for them who got themselves into "in process" status. this is according to the cic person. even at this point we got refusal letters for lame excuses, we can apply in june/july 2011 according to the new rules and hopefully the appeal thing will work out.

so lets talk about appeal thing at this moment and lets be precautious about refusal in advance. good news for the doctors, nurses and technical persons.....as they will get their things slickly. all they need is to have patience.

what do you think about the chances for NOC0213? As it is heard frm my friend's friend, there is a question about authenticity. Pls comment. Janathan, have u claimed points frm relatives who are in canada?

Though there was a post (i had seen somewhere and in the canadian news letter) about the forecasted demand of IT people over the next 5 years or so...... but the confusion has been raised due to the current situation.

skeptical about the chc is they are bogged down with workloads and bunch of papers have to be sorted out, so they might be skipping or ignoring us.......? wont they?

Fact is: we planned things once we applied, and during the delay we changed our plan (which is dragging us one year back) again and now i am in process and dont know if it will see any lights, meaning we are confused wot to do..... nothing shld be done half hazardly. it is about selling properties as it takes long time and as the days of arrival counts on the day of MR request, and lots of things to be organized, so so so really confused about the facts.
