I sent my docs to WES on 22nd Feb-14 (payment was cleared before that). They sent those docs to my University on 25th-feb-14. These docs reached my university on 25-Mar-14. My University sent reply (by air mail) to them on 27th -Mar-14. But those docs have not reached yet. I'm very much confused about why this is taking so much time.

How much time did it take for your entire ECA process? Please share your experience with WES.

Thanks for your reply.. Ashif I am worried about the quota. I want to apply for the Software Engineers occupation(2173)

I have some more queries:

1. Do I need adaptability marks? Is it mandatory?
2. I am afraid about the Fund..If they want to know instantly then it will create a big problem. Should I prepare any affidavit for POF and submit it with application?
3. One of my offices(previous employer)just closed and left the country. I have exp certificate which is not similar to the FSWP experience letter guideline like Sal is not mentioned, How many hours worked per day, which projects I did etc. What should I do in that case? Most important thing is that the person who is bangladeshi manager and who signed in this exp letter left to US permanently.
4. When PCC and birth certificate is required? is it required with application?

Sorry for late response...

Here is ur ans:

1. no its not mandatory.. If u have min 67 point without ur adaptability then no need of that
2. I dont think u need to send those with ur application... u can send this if they make any query for those..Other wise this is an unnecessary doc.
3. I will suggest u to take another copy with another person of that company's ex employee if possible. But if not then:

"Reference letters in the required format are necessary, please try your best to get them. If after all efforts you are unable to obtain a work reference letter, then you should provide a solemn declaration / affidavit explaining in detail why are you unable to do so. The officers at the VO are aware of the fact that different employers have different policies towards issuing such adhoc letters and may not cooperate in issuing such a letter. Please do attach all your employment records with the declaration. I was unable to obtain a work reference letter from one of my employers and did the same. However please bear in mind that the final decision rests with the visa officer handling your case."

4. BC is required with ur application but PCC can be sent on the later stage..so need not delay for ur PCC (but if its ready/can be ready) then send it with ur app..

Today I just collect the document from my University. I will pay and submit my WES form by tomorrow.

Then what is the procedure to send the university copy?

Should I send a copy of transcript with the University Copy and Payment copy with big envelope?

Please help me and share the document sending procedure.

If you pay online then they suppose to send you a reference number. This reference number shall be included in the transcript request form. So u dont have to send double envelope.

u did a mistake on here brother...So far i know --several person including me...we have collected sealed envelope from university by myself and sent the docs by myself with express courier (feDex in my case)...

For ur case- even u cant assure u that ur univ has sent the docs in real or not.

Now i can suggest u to take true copy of the Cert+transcript again from ur univ (sealed envelope) and courier it by urself....Still u have sufficient time to catch the CAP whatever is ur NOC..

Also go to WES--modify ur shipping to express with 100$ more(if u did not choose that already)...

Yes only one envelope (sealed by univ after true copy) need to be sent on WES...

I think u may also go to Standard Chartered Gulshan/Kawran Bazaar for required Bank draft...

Off course there should be problem...Coz WES will send u ref number (after ur payment) that need to be put on the PDF (they will provide the link) . this letter will be attached with ur Trans+Cert (that u r going to make true copy).

So this three copy will be sent to wes by an sealed envelope...without ref number WES will not assess ur docs....

WES Major Point..be careful about this reference number insertion.

If u r in Bangladesh, then it should not be a big problem. just talk to ur university and make amendment.
