Yes, your clients are third party. For my application as an architect, I gave job completion certificates from my clients with payment details from them. Remember they will varify, so you require authentic documentation. Just go to the companies you have rendered services to, and give them the properly described letter (that is in line with your NOC) to sign and acknowledge. They will be happily doing so.zaman1234 said:Dear Bangladeshi Senior Applicants,
I need your advice on my situation. I am self employed. Running a small IT company. And I have another partner. My role is more matched to IT Manager job description for which I am hoping that on coming May, this occupation will be on the list.
I was going through the checklist Document Checklist for FSWC. There I found that "Self Employed Individuals must provide documentation from 3rd Party Individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details. Self declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable." This in on number 12 of the checklist.
Now my question is: Can anyone please tell me, as I am in IT, who can be the 3rd Party Individuals? My clients? Is it okay if this declarations are done by my partner in the business?
Please let me know.
Well it all depends on the Immigration officer at your port-of-entry. If he/she understands that it is a typo (typing mistake), then it is fine. If he/she understands that there is actually a place called "Sirajsanj", then your wife will not be able to enter Canada at the port of entry.soarer said:But, I have got a problem as on the CORP form for my spouse, the place of birth is written as Sirajsanj instead of Sirajganj. Thanks a lot Shumon Bhai for your reply. I have worked for almost 50+ clients over last 8 years. Most of them are overseas. Some of them are from USA and some are not in contact. So I have two questions mainly, if you can answer, it will really help.hhshumon said:Yes, your clients are third party. Actually anything that proves the fact, namely work order on your company's favour would do, but has to have your name on it, stating you were the one who were liable for that specific assignment. As you are applying, it's not your office they will judge, as skilled person only you. just try for few reputed companies from different periods. Any acknowledgement would do, on the companies letter head, stating your scope of work, your service, and the payment. You need to look for friendly companies who will cater your requirements. Along with it give the copy of the work order for your office.zaman1234 said:Thanks a lot Shumon Bhai for your reply. I have worked for almost 50+ clients over last 8 years. 1. Do I need to get the job completion certificates against my name or company name? I have trade licence.
2. Do I need to get the job completion certificates for all or some selective good clients will do?
