Well it all depends on the Immigration officer at your port-of-entry. If he/she understands that it is a typo (typing mistake), then it is fine. If he/she understands that there is actually a place called "Sirajsanj", then your wife will not be able to enter Canada at the port of entry.
So, try to avoid the hassle & inform SGVO about their typo (typing mistake). Try to get hold of a fresh VISA rather than one containing erroneous information.
