First get to their office to know what happened, and make them to give you a written explanation.
You then should ask SVO with your documents regarding the next step.

Nothing to worry........... only 1 week passed. My medical was stuck in Manilla for two long months(11th December,2012 to 11th February, 2013) without any reason........If they need anything, they will let you know.

Medical er distination to Manila tei. Stuck mane?

Medical er final destination is not Manilla!! it's Singapore. Canadian Embassy has their medical centre in Manilla which serves as the medical reviewing body who decides whether the medical results are ok or not. If they require any further test to complete your medical history. If everything is ok, then they send it to Singapore and then SGVO updates the status - "Medical results have been received"

I know this because Manilla kept my medical 2 months for reviewing (according to CSE reply during that time) before sending to Singapore.
