They checked their register and informed me that all documents were sent in a single folder for me, my wife and my daughter. I also saw the register where my wife's name was written along with me and my daughter's name. The documents were reached to Manila after one day of sending. They also provided me a tracking no. of fedex and I found that as per tracking no. their information is correct.

Now, I can not understand where/what is the problem.

"Dear Madam

Thank you for your enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in Singapore.

We have emailed you on 18 and 31 Decmber 2012 to submit passport for visa issuance. You may want to check if your mail box if too full to receive incoming ones.

We hope this information will be of assistance. "

good point but web based email eo ki antivirus ei problem korbe?

antivirus a jehutu antispam option ase may b korte pare,onek somoy spam hisbe email block kore
but u never know free antivirus gula ki korte pare,ami akjon k email korsilam seta automatic send hoar agei block hoa jassilo,uni tarpor unar antivirus uninstall korse then email gese,jodio ami expert na tobu o

I know they dont receive phone,I tried several times.Go to their office at gulshan one,opposite mutual trust bank limited,Simens buliding,you have to go from gulshan1 circle(not towards Gul-2)

Antivirus amar pc te deya nai and email eo image block kora nai. I just send an email with an attachment and received it perfectly . I'm wondering why only that particular mail is not coming . I'm getting their replies and everything . All other emails are coming but not that one .

Dear classical Apu
You must submit Appendix-A (which includes a barcode sticker of ur file no )along with passport for visa stamp. Appendix -A will be sent to you with PPR request letter. Request VO for the appendix-A or ask for their advise.
