yes you are absolutely correct... and Niv i have applied for winter 2013.. indeed i dnt have much time. without waiting today morning i have wrote an email to CHC. stating i didn't receive medical. send me the form and they should guide me further...the mail was like this... God know wht this mail will bring to me..

More over i did something.. i dnt knw wht was it.... initially i have send the reply of their email in their thread. i didn't get an automated reply like i got last time while i wrote the first email. so wht i did i send same another email in the address where i have send the first one. then i got an automated reply...it was a receipt of my email...and i felt " o accha amr message pouchaise oikahne " .. LOL... will making same email twice pissed them off ? ? ? i mean will that be even an issue on my deciosn? ? ? if anyone have any clue please let me know. this suspense is actualy killing me.

It takes time to get reply from SGVO. Please have patience. You cant talk to them as they dont respond to phone call. They dont even respond to all emails as well. And winter semester students get less time to go for all these procedure for student visa.

Thanks to all who congratulated me upon receiving PPR. JAZZAKALLAHU KHAIR (Allah Apnake/Apnaderke Uttam Binimoy Dan Karun, Ameen...).

I came to know about the PPR dated December 06, 2012 on December 10, 2012 through e-mail and accordingly submitted to VFS on December 11, 2012 at 9:00 A.M.

Upon Tracking, I got the following message till yesterday:

Passport dispatched from OC TO High Commission of Canada, Singapore, Pin:12345678910, Tel: on 11/12/2012.Transit time might require 2/3 days.

Alhamdulillah, Today (17-Dec-2012), the Message Has Been Changed as follows:

Passport received at High Commission of Canada, Singapore, , Pin:12345678910, Tel: on 17/12/2012 and is under processing.

Please Remember me in your Dua as allways.

Work site verification is done rarely if there is any confusion verification may happen,in case of one of my friend 2-4 people (two of them were Canadian) went to her work place,unfortunately they were not happy after the verification and my friend got rejected

I got a question regarding the job enquiry.
What experience I've shown in my job certificate in the company's letterhead pad, at time
of apply all the information was correct. However, after few month due to some reason email
address of my previous company has been changed. Although the mailing address, phone
and fax numbers remain the same.

In this situation, I'm worried about any background check over the email. If they do so they will not
get any response but contact by other means will be fine.

Do you think I need to inform this to VO? Please share.

If you send your passport through Vfs than you do not write address.Vfs will send your passport and documents in their own envelope with address.

You have to write your name by hand.

VFS knows the address. You don't need to worry.

Hi Folks,
Usually how long it takes to return passport with visa stamped after submitting to VFS?
I have submitted my passport to VFS on 28.11.2012 and Canada visa tracking website showing the below message till today.
"Passport received at High Commission of Canada, Singapore, , Pin:XXXXX, Tel: on 03/12/2012 and is under processing."

However, my eCAS has changed from "In Process" to "Decision Made" on 16.12.2012

Usually it takes 3 to 4 weeks! I thinks they already stamped your passport!

Since they doesn't have any fax number, just send them a case specific email (noted as webform in the page of LVO). Following is that page link:

Nothing to be worried about the old office email changed. When you changed your job, you must submit appointment letter copy or new certificate describing your position and job description(be careful to describe correctly) with full contact details. Best to give the name, designation of your reporting boss and his/her contact details and inform the person about your immigration application(but if the person is not helpful then ...........). If you did not inform your job change news, please do that first. It is not recommended to inform about the old office email or address change news. In Canada people change job so frequently that no one bother to know about the old offices. We are emotional so we care only.

Badal bhai, so far I understood he didnt change his job. It's only the email address of that office that has changed all others remaing unchanged. Am I correct?
