I sent an inquar to this "re-singapore-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca" without my file number. They had replyed that my file is pending for review and 9 digit reference number starts from B....? Can any senior told me is it my original file number...actually my ex lawyer did not provide me the file number. I tryed to getting upgred about my file number by using this number but i did not get any response.

Yes, Bhai, you are right. Your file no. will start from B and there may be some (00) after that digit as I have found in my medical papers.Be assured about it.

my husband is the primary applicant . he had applied in 2004 from new delhi visa office.still no sign of medicals so we decided to reapply.
in background declaration form he reported about that
i have one doubt when i fill background declarartion whether i have to report that or not
b.cos he listed me as a dependent spouse back then
