Medical Tips

Tips before Medicals:



Members if you are physically fit .....there is really no reason to worry. This few tips should definitely be followed before going for Medicals as precaution.



1 WEEK BEFORE THE TEST:

Stick to a healthy balanced diet.

Mininise intake of salt.

Avoid excessively fatty or spicy foods.



3 DAYS BEFORE THE TEST:

Do not consume alcohol 72 hours before the test. It can cause liver enzyme levels to rise. (umm...muslim Bangaleeder shomossa howar kotha na !)



1 DAY BEFORE THE TEST:

Don't consume any caffeine product. It increases the blood pressure.

Avoid nasal decongestants and pain killers unless absolutely necessary.

Don't do strenous exercises like jogging,gym training or swimming.



12 HOURS BEFORE THE TEST:

Get a good night's sleep. It will ensure normal blood pressure.

Do not eat or drink anything, except water, 8-10 hours before the test.



1/2 HOURS BEFORE THE TEST:

Don't use any form of tobacco or engage in strenous activity.

Just sit back and relax.

its only MR no PPR .... !! They asked for PCC , Schedule A Background Declaration , IMM 0008 , RPRF and Photos .. !! They didn't ask for POF is it normal ?

congratulation !!!! finally u have got it....svo also happy, u wont send them anymore csi .

it is quite normal now a days if they don't ask for the POF. They were happy enough with pof dat is why they did not ask for it again.

schdedule A is common they ask for it to every one.
pcc is also common
so no worries be happy!

Hello everyone..

I am in a great trouble now.. As I am working I have sent my brother for the police clearance certificate, now thy r making trouble. As in my Passport the present address shows an address of CTG but I am staying in DHK for last 3 years. Last year I got the PC from Dhanmondi thana, thy dint even make any trouble but now thy are telling to go to the passport office and get a signature from them in my passport stating tht I leave in dhanmondi now..can u imagine how much hassle it will be...Cant even think about the situation in passport office now..can anyone pls tell me wht should I do? Its really hard as I am a working lady and its difficult too. :'(
Can anyone help me with some info? All these days after I applied I got all the papers easily and now at the end...wht should I say.....

Police is correct. You have to submit proof that you are living at your present address. Proof means passport copy showing your present address(you don`t have that) so alternatively if you have voter ID showing your address or even your electric bill, telephone bill or statement or any other official documents(even if you have deed or your own property of rent contract) where your name and your present address.On which address you received your MR? If that is your present address then you can show that also.
I had same problem. I went to passport office, changed the present address by paying govt. fees of TK 500.- for each passport (on the same day passport office added by Dhanmondi address) then I went to take PCC.
Better not to take by other means - for safe side.

see if u want to get your pcc in dhaka then go to the pp office and change the address immediately and if necessary spend extra speedy money to get it done.

coz now a days even if u pay to them they will not give the pcc to dhaka address. it is bit strict. possibility is very high it wont work out if u don't change the address. if it does u r lucky.

It is normal that they haven't asked for the POF again! NO worry....

since you are MI2, if your query is MR related i don't see any point sending repeated CSI, rather it's harmful for your file.
wait patiently, in sha Allah your time will come

now a days people are getting the PPR with the MR.

it is written in the instruction that after completing your medical wait for two weeks and then submit your passport with other document in one envelope and submit to our office. now our office means the vfs or the svo.

if it is svo then we should wait one week coz vfs takes one week to send the document. please comments.

when should one submit the document then ?

2 reasons for not asking POF:
1. you've shown enough cash/Asset/Property with the initial application
OR
2. earlier this year they'd asked POF with updated docs (many MI1 applicants received this mail before Real IP date)

you can go to passport office and update your current address in 1 day (legally, w/o any tips) then go for PCC.
everybody is doing job, it's not only you, it's amazing that you plan to shift your career//life//future to a whole new
country but you find it difficult to visit passport office. don't worry at all, this is nothing, just normal procedure
