Dear ALL:
I dont know if my analysis is correct or not but based on the latest post by fellow applicant I found a interesting Fact. Whenever any one sent a csi, if the SGVO havent sent MR, then they give a general reply. But if VO issues MR or about to issue MR and before that they get a CSI of that applicant then they reply them after sending the MR that their MR document has been couriered. So in my analysis, whenever they work with any file, they have the latest information in front of them about the last query that was made to them by that applicant. In making the MR document when this query pops up they prepare the MR, courier them and reply to the applicant and closes the file. So the applicants who have send CSI and is yet to receive the reply from VO, they can expect a reply when their MR documents are prepared by VO.

Dear Forum mates,
I like to share an event.
Last September 1, 2012 7:11 PM I was sent a CSI to SGVO regarding my application status (area of concern was I added my baby but they don't acknowledged me). Yesterday (Tue, Nov 6, 2012 at 9:48 AM) they replied me like this:

“Thank you for your enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in Singapore. Our apologies for the delay in responding to your message. We are pleased to advise that you have been found eligible as a Skilled Worker. In the coming weeks, a request will be sent for requirements to finalize the application: medical examinations, payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee, and passports. We trust this information will be of assistance.
Sincerely,
Immigration Officer | Agent d'immigrationRP
High Commission of Canada | Haut Commissariat du Canada/Singapore| Singapour"

Is it computer generated auto reply?

Not at all, it is case specific reply. You r through bro. I guess they have added your new born baby already. Now wait for the docs to come to you. After receiving so if you dont find your new babys detail or MR request then you can make another CSI. Till then enjoy the good news.

Though its a preformatted, I dont think so its a general reply. They must have worked on your file and by checking it gave this reply. Congrats, you are selected and you can expect MR to come anytime

In my opinion, Its better not to apply for US visa from Bangladesh even after receiving PR. Coz it will cost you 3-9 months for Security Check & FBI clearance ....

Apply for it after reaching Canada...things will be comparatively easy then...

Dear US tourist visa never takes 3 - 9 months .. if they determined to give you visa they will tell you to come after 2 days to collect passport if not then they will return your passport . Obtaining us tourist visa is not that scary as some people says .. Its the most easy one to me . for other countries we have to submit bank statement, trade license, bla bla .. habi jabi .. but incase of us visa we don't need to submit anything . Just need to fill the 3 forms .. I took a heavy file with me at time of facing visa they didn't ask for anything . They just asked few question and gave us 5 yrs multiple visa at the first time . Even I was wondered cos I couldn't sleep the whole night thinking ulta palta onek kichu .. lol ...

Dont worry, in the forum there is a case where MR didnt reach the recipient, later when the applicant made CSI, they send MR in email.
So even if you miss the MR , they will send you by email. You have got a good advantage that you received a email from SGVO that MR was sent to you and that mail you can forward again to claim that you didnt receive the MR though it was sent.

GOOD logic to have a patience!!
