I am planning to apply for GCMS notes to find out why I didnt receive ppr yet...3 months since medical completion will be over in 2 more days.
Anyone here can advise me on how I can apply for GCMS notes reliably? Has anyone applied for GCMS through lawpoint.ca? Are they reliable? If not, please advise how to go for it.
Can I apply if I have International debit card?

I used lawpoint.ca twice for GCMS they r good.last time got it within 30 days

Sorry to hear that.....its really painful to have such letter after a long wait....dont be upset...may be Allah has a better plan for you in future. Keep faith on Him.

By the way, may I know the reasons of refusal. Is it job description mismatch or any other matter ? Did you apply on your own or through a consultant?

So sorry to hear that . Did your e-cas turn into decision made before receiving the refusal letter ? I can see you are In Process Since March 8 , 2011 . I hope you could get over it soon .

It is really very sad news. Your timeline and mine are very similar. And from another post I have come to know that, your noc is also 4121. Could you please update about your ecas status? Is there any 'decision made (DM)'?

And last of all, were you in the medical queue?

I know it is extremely hard time for you to ask this kind of questions but we are in tense situation and would be grateful if you send these information.

there'sa option at www.cic.gc.ca where u can apply a case specific inquiry i think u shud do that first

how come they tell tis aafter 3 years?? its not justice . anyway please be prepared to apply again early 2013.
don't lose hope at all.......2013 applicant will land canada in 6/7 months after applying, so take all necessary preparation
this time find a good consultant
