I used DHL. AVO got it 3rd day around 10am

Yes o...checked yesterday its N13k per passport. Its cheap for single applicant but family of more than 3 its expensive and it takes nothing less than 6 weeks to get your pp back. I was there but they also advised me to use DHL if i was in a hurry
