My hubby just received an update stating that he should submit police report and medicals,employment letter ,etcpolice report has being submitted during application submission in May 2016,do we have to submit another, secondly he applied previously to Manitoba in 2013 but was rejected and did not indicate in the new application and was nominated in April 2016,he was sent a mail this year by Manitoba to send additional information àbt work place and formal application, he has not receive reply from Manitoba since April,can we go ahead with the madicals

Of course! You have to submit all the documents they asked for. As for doing police check before, it has expired. Everyone from Accra visa office has been asked to submit that again.
When they asked you for medical tests they meant it so you have to do everything asked of you please!!
