Can somehow help support my application to Manitoba PNP. I have 63 point already, that's 3 point better than the required 60 point without the necessary Manitoba connection (adaptability). I reside in South Africa and have South Africa PR & I.D, also studying for my PhD in Electrical Engineering but I want to relocate to Canada with my family. Help a brother, I don't mind doing a short visit first. Thanks.

If you are 3points higher than the minimum required point,why are you looking for a sponsor again?it doesn't matter whether you have 60 or 100point.When you are qualified you're qualified.But my question is:are they still using 60point grid or they are using EOI in which you should have minimum of 500 to be on a safe side.You know with that,relative in winnipeg MB would give you 200,while outside winnipeg will give you 250 and ordinary friend will only give you 50point
