A big congrats to everyone that have received their MR jst of recent.
Pls i have a question about my application, I applied to CIC August, 2016, and I got my UCI November, 2016 and they said they have started processing my application since that November 2016, my concern now is I did not receive file transferred mail as other people do, and in my GC KEY account, i dont even know where my visa office is really is. Pls how can i know d visa office where my visa is being process

If you are applying from West Africa and before January 2017 then Accra is most likely your Visa office and as the case of all of us here, Accra do not send file transfer mail.

Good day all... I am happy to announce I and my family got medical request yesterday and also to provide additional documents. Madam Teju, I can't thank you enough for all your help. The delay is over for us all in Jesus name.,wish everyone the very best.
ChiChi please share your timeline. It helps to do so

Hello,

You can call CIC or send them a Case Specific Enquiry (CSE). The CSE will take about 20 days before you get a response. Calling them will be your best bet.

Sorry for the late response. Here is my time line
April 2014 :application submitted (MPNP
Nov 2015 :Nomination letter
Dec 2015 :application received by CIC
Feb 2016 :acknowledgement from CIC
June 2017 :medical request

After linking your paper based application to your MyCIC account, the only emails you will be receiving will be from donotreply@cic. The mail will tell you you have a message in your account or that your status has changed and you should log in.

Thanks Myson, i will be on the look out, hopefully soon

Everybody praise Jesus...to His glory we received MR today...i am so grateful to God and everyone on this forum who has encouraged me to keep the faith.

Pls I have 2 questions
1. The MR did not include a request for police certificate...should I still add it anyway to the rest of the documents requested for?

2. Is my husband considered my dependant and if so will he also fill the Schedule A form and attach work offer letters etc.

Thanks for a response.
