i was working as a WEB PROGRAMMER from October 2011 to June 2014 and then started working with one of my friend's real estate company as a real estate office manager.......and my uncle is running a real estate business in Canada and he can provide me with the LMIA approved job offer.....now i want to know is it possible that that i can update my work experience with different NOC in my express entry profile as my present work?

You can change/update your EE profile at any time during your application. But ensure that whatever you enter, you have proof in form of documents.

I am not saying to select 50,000 applicant at a time. My expectation is, if their target is 50,000 applicant for next 6 month then the cut off mark should be depends on the (50,000/6)~8000 top applicant.

I wish it could be so simple dividing 50000/6.
You forgot to note that they are running with a entirely new system and this could be their test run.

Is this even possible that they can change my eligibility? I supposed to have a 318 score in the express entry. can anyone explain to me why this happened? I am very worried on my application..

You might have one of the tab showing "In progress" and not transmitted.. Check that

Some of the Consultant offer the PNP visa, can someone tell whether if ExpressEntry cannot works for us then PNP is a gud option?

& what the disadvantages of PNP.

and in how much time PNP visa get approved.

Job bank is not fully functional yet,you should wait, but how long? Nobody knows!

One advice: DO NOT USE A CONSULTANT . DO it on your own..things are not that complicated and you wud have it under your control .

I got screwed by my consultant . He made me send experience letters in wrong format . I mailed CIC and they gave me the reason why my application was reject.
And trust me trauma and headache you have to bear is ten times more when you hire a consultant . :'( :'( :'( :'(
