MINISTERIAL INSTRUCTIONS RESPECTING INVITATIONS TO APPLY FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE UNDER THE EXPRESS ENTRY SYSTEM (January 31, 2015)

Determination — number of invitations

1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on January 31, 2015 and ending on February 1, 2015 is 779.

Required rank

(2) Foreign nationals who, on January 31, 2015 at 11:59:48 UTC, have been assigned a total of 886 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.

By seeing the cut-off score for invitation to apply(886), it seems without LMIA we do not stand a chance in EE . ??? ??? ??? :-[ :-[

So ppl who do not have JOB offer.... EE is telling them to buzz off . And that is the Biggest disadvantage of EE over FSW :-X :-X :-X

So, now its clear that ppl who got ITA's are having more then 886 points ..so they already got offer from LMIN or PNP.

My question is what abt those ppl who staying in other countries ..and having score in btw 320 to 490. and there dont have any LMIA or PNP support?

So canada government wont consider this 320-490 ppl? If Yes, what does Express entry means?

I think they are picking people with job offers right now and stalling it for the rest of us until the job bank is active. Once that happens we will have to sell ourselves to employers and wait to be picked by them.

For most of the province , to be eligible for pnp also one must have a job offer in that Province .

Hi guys, I submitted my application and was given a review for 'PROFILE INELIGIBLE' for 'NOT MET in Minimum Entry Criteria'.

How could this even be possible? especially when I was given an express code. I have more then 10 yrs experience in NOC 0124 (though the last 3 years was my own business), and I put NO for Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for my masters degree as I wanted to submit first and update the ECA certificate number later. Age 37 yrs.

Can someone help me to clarify what I did wrong and how do I rectify it?

Also in regards to the draw, what does that mean? all other post are closed?
