If you have an eligible application, is it in submitted state? if so withdraw it and then try to create another account.
At any point of time only one application by you must be in submitted state to EE pool.

Didn't quite get you. How many submitted applications do you see on your screen right now?
I see two on mine. One is in 'ineligible' state, and the second one in 'submitted' state. Can't do much about the one that is ineligible. It doesn't matter anyways.

So if you mean, you have created only one profile which was eligible before but has become ineligible now, then there is no need to withdraw any profile as it is not in the pool at all. Just go ahead and make a new one using the same MyCic Account.

Hi

Have they announced the results of first draw? when it is expected?

Wandering the same. The page says:

ITA draws will be made from the Express Entry pool on a regular basis. Every draw will have a set of instructions the electronic system will use to draw candidates from the pool. These instructions will be posted on the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website before each draw.

But no details anywhere. Seniors, please comment. Thanks.
