Hi,
i am applying in the express entry as well, i have a doubt that can a married person apply under without spouse criterion if the spouse is not accompanying this time around.

single applicant can score high points however u cannot add ur spouse Post invitation to PR..

u must sponsor her outland which takes 2years +

choose wisely

some one pleaseeeeeeeee answer my question , actually this is my fourth time that I post something but no one reply :(

Hello friends

my work experience is consist of 2 years of skill level A and 2 years of skill level B.
I meet 67 points but my question is , is it a problem to have a work experience in both A and B , cus I read in CIC that work experience should be in same skill level.

Please advice

wouldn't this be seen as misrepresentation? It says that if you're married you must include your spouse. Even if she's not going with you. And you need to have POF por both even if she's not going.

One of the questions is Marital Status.

Also, you are asked how many family members you have, here is an excerpt from the tooltip:

Include yourself, your spouse or partner, and any children that you have, even if your spouse, partner or children will not come to Canada. Do not include your parents or any other relatives.

That's what I meant when I asked if it would be seen as misrepresentation. Don't know now if I was right or not and got me confused xD :P :P :P

You have to answer those questions truthfully, it's as simple as that.

Yeah You're right... but terki said I was confused...and got me confused jajajaj.

I think you should be truthful about your status. May be they won't say anything, or they could ask you why you didn't mention your spouse on your application and be denied.

The draw is expected by the end of January, lets see when the CIC will issue the ITA - Invitation to apply.

Cheers!

Friends !

One friends of mine is an employer, he has a vacancy and offer me the job.
Also I meet 67 points and in next step I need his job offer for 600 points.

So, here is the question:

Does he want to get positive LMIO ?
Does he have to provide any other letter or documents?

Thank you:)
