Hello everyone,

I have the following question:

I have two degree's first is bachelor degree (4 YEARS) from my country (was received in 2008)
and another one is POST GRADUATE CERTIFICATE in CANADA (1YEAR).

What Level of Education I need to choose in EE profile for each degree?

Does it mean I am still getting points as for two or more degrees?

SO in order to get these points, for my four years degree I need two choose "Bachelor degree or equivalent"?
and for Post Grad Certificate "One year post secondary degree" or "Two or more degrees"?

I had applied under fsw2014. but i got mail from cic that my file is returned as cap got full.
In the mail it was written that file was returned on 13th nov. 2014.
But yet i have not received my documents.

what to do?
i mailed to cic but no reply.
I. am now applying under express entry so i will require the documents.

Plz help

1. Mine and Wife have IELTS score above 6 in all.
2. My ECA In Progress.
3. Spouse ECA Not done.
4. 71 Points in FSW
5. 9 Years Experience.

So based on my profile, can any one tell me what can be the reason ?

Is ECA Verification is mandatory to get eligibility and Personal Reference Code ?

Under the skills transferability factors, how many points can I claim for my education credentials as 12+3+2. My intuition is I get 25 points. Seniors please guide.

(Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer )

You will be eligible to get 25 points only if ur CLB level is 9 along with the mentioned education

Proof of fund is not required to create EE profile however you have to mention the total amount for which you are going to submit the proof with your application (after you get ITA).

my work experience is consist of 2 years of skill level A and 2 years of skill level B.
I meet 67 points but my question is , is it a problem to have a work experience in both A and B , cus I read in CIC that work experience should be in same skill level.

What was your app date? Did you get an email from them or you raised a query with them and then they replied saying it has been returned. If you did ask them, can you share the email and the email is you sent them requesting the same ?

Can entering EE pool result in refusal of a student visa? I want to make a profile for EE, but am also considering applying to a school in Canada.
