EE profile has a question in experience section that when did u become qualified to practice in this occupation. Whether the same shall stated the date when u started working or the date when u completed education?


Mention the date from where you can show your experience.
 
Dear experts,

I am new to express entry. Below is my profile, let me know whether I can apply or not.

Experience: 6 years early educationalist experience
IEltsS: 7 in all categories
ECA: Bachelors three years
Relative in Canada

What are my chances and can I apply in Canada .. or there is no demand of my profession. pls let me know whether I should consider Canada express entry or should I apply in Australian immigration
 
1) I have a pregnant wife do I add my unborn child to my list of dependants.

2) I worked from Feb 2003 to Jan 2009 as a Software Engineer does that counts as
6 years continuous employment within the last 10 years.

2) same employer ? Yes No breaks ? Yes. Different employers counts as long as there is no breach of employment .
 
Did any one got access to Job Bank, I am not able to login
 
Am i eligible for EE?

Please see 'My comments' for each of the criteria, CIC has given reasons for ineligibilty.

1.not having a valid language test
My comment::i have.general IELTS
2.language test results that are more than two years old
My comment::Test taken Oct 26,2013;which is less than 2 years
3.a language test score that is too low
My comment::R 7;L6;W6;S7 which is equavalent to CLB 7 in all modules which is the criteria for FSWP
4.not having enough relevant work experience
My Comments::6+ years in NOC 2171
5.not having the required education level
My Comments ::Bachelors 4 years (As per WES)
6.not having enough funds
My Comments::Having 14000/CAD

I have send WES Assessment by December end how much time it will take. I have done it through an agent. I just wish to know whether before WES we can do EE registration and When I can register in Job bank

You can open a profile without WES, though your point for Education will not be added. And without point, it is of no use to open an account as per CIC.

I believe

Ist step = is to submit expression of interest-get into job bank first. Applicant must have IELTS and WES ready. Correct me if I am wrong.

IInd step= After getting invitation submit application with 2 months/60 days of time with all documents

Express Entry Process :
Step 1: Go to the link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/candidate.asp and use the online tool to determine eligibility (http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp).
Step 2: Click on check your eligibility and answer all the questions. Once all the questions are answered the results page would inform you whether you are eligible or not. You would be issued a personal reference code which needs to be used while filling the express entry profile. Print the page for your future reference.
The above 2 steps are not mandatory but would save time later.
Step 3: Register / log in to submit your online profile. To apply online, you will need an electronic "key" for secure access.

Step 4: Use the GCKey option if you do not have account with the Sign -in - partners.
Step 5: After registering and logging in select the Express Entry
Step 6: Enter the personal reference code you got as part of Step 1 and Step 2.
Step 7: Enter the details as requested.
If you do not have a surname you can use Not Applicable. or N/A. The forms to be submitted are mentioned below.
a) Personal Details
b) Contact Details
c) Study and Languages
d) Application Details
e) Representative
f) Work History
If you have an accompanying spouse you have 3 more forms to fill.
a) Personal Details
b) Study and Languages
c) Work History
Step 8: Complete all the forms and continue.
Step 9: Electronically sign the application and transmit.
Step 10: Log back to your profile and see the application status you can see the total points that have been allocated to you.
Step 11: Sit Back, Relax and wait for Invitation to Apply.

To get a complete report from WES, it takes minimum 1 month. U can easily track it by using ur account log in info. Did u do so?
