I have sent my docs at the 14th of October, docs arrived in WES around the 17th but they confirmed it only 4 or 5 days later. The evaluation started on the 10th of November and currently in their site they state that it can take up to 20 days. Which means it needs some time also for delivering it back to you .

Short answer, ECA will take some time, 1-2 months.

Can you send me please all the instructions for the ECA process?

I notice several individuals talking about WES - how do you guys know that you will need to evaluate your documents? Where did you find that information as the Express Entry Program hasn't officially said what individuals will need.

You have answered the question yourself:-

If you have seen folks talking about WES/ECA, you would know (by the same discussions) that we all are assuming that the basics (IELTS, ECA) would not change.

Well as far as i know,EE is just like a "processor" and a "platform" for picking and process applicants.So its all depend on the employers to pick.But there is one thing that with this low info we have on EE,we still dont know that if FSW intergration to EE still use the old points or not(education-age-experience...)if it is going to be used in EE then age would be a restriction,if not then u can expect a PR if u are experienced enough and the employers are fine with middle age workers.

Okay thanks for your opinions... I guess we will just have to wait and see what the process is.

It's advisable to send both degrees for evaluation.

So i need to submit my ORIGINAL University Degree verified by Ministry of Affair to WES,right?
Is it safe,to send the originals one?
Which mail did you use to send it to WES,the public one or DHL?
The photocopies translated should they be noterized,or what?

I dont think 5.5 is enough cause the minimum for FSW itself is already a 6.0

I have query regarding documents to be sent to WES.
Along with "academic transcript request form" , do I need to send transcripts or will attested mark sheet photocopies will be enough ?
Are the transcripts mandatory for ECA ?

Please guide what all needs to be send to WES.

Hi Erinda , the documents which you will send depend on the country you have studied. Usually, University should send the diploma+transcripts but in my example (I'm from Albania, assuming from your name, you are Albanian too ) I had to:
1) Verify with seal the transcripts from the Rector ( Bachelor + Master ) , diplomas were already signed from the Rector
2) Take an Apostille for each of the documents from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (4 in total , 2 transcripts , 2 diplomas. This should be done by local post and not by going directly to the Ministry because they do no accept documents by hand)
3) Translate by a state recognized translator
4) Photocopy the translations.
5) Send by EMS/DHL/TNT , 2 Original Diplomas (with Apostille)+ 2 Original Transcripts (with Apostille) + Photocopy of original translations.

I have sent them to WES and they have accepted all my documents and are evaluating my diplomas. I'm hoping to get my Master of Science recognized 8) and also to get my docs back ;D
