I am just confused whether B.Tech or MBA will be considered as per below guidelines of CIC :

" University-level credential at the Master's level OR an entry-to-practice professional degree. CIC only accepts as an entry-to-practice professional degree, those degrees issued in relation to an occupation listed at NOC Skill level A and for which licensing by a provincial regulatory body is required "

Can anybody provide some information about how to get PNP Nomination/Job offer so that we can be picked up from the draw.

I am new to this forum.

Anyway, I have a question. My husband's primary occupation NOC is 2241 (electrical and electronics engineering technologist and technician) and he has 5 years experience as a test technician from 2007-2012, which falls under 2241. but his work now since 2012 is test maintenance associate engineer in a fiber optic company. please help me. i cannot find this position in the list of job bank job titles.

also, is it okay if it does not fall under 2241 already? is it okay to have different NOCs in your work experience?

please help. appreciate any info. thanks!

Please clarify my doubt! I work as a Hardware Engineer in a Sole Proprietorship firm where around 8 people are working in India for the past two years. The firm is registered with TIN (Tax Information Number) and CST. But it is not listed in Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) India.

Is the experience letter from my firm valid to apply under Skill A of NOC 2133 for FSW EE 2015? Am I eligible?

I created a job bank account but received a HTTP error 500 - internal server error after I set up my security questions. I thought it was not successful but I still received an email stating that my job bank account is already active. Now that I am trying to setup my profile, I am still getting this error. Is this normal?

i got invitation on third draw... and my work permit got ended on jan 31st.... cic issue my work permit with only 22 months... i have applied for extension of the shortage period ....which in process(applied through online)... wondering what will happen with my ITA issued by cic....
