Quick update. Done my landing at fort erie border, the peace bridge ystd night. No queue, took me 15 mins. The officer asked for proof of financials. I had my singapore bank letters with me but she even asked me to show her my canada account online. It was alright.

I went to rainbow bridge niagara border earlier that day. Warning guys, u will b kept waiting for hours there. They put ppl who are doing landing on the least priority as they have many tourists and visitors in summer.

So I'd suggest to avoid doing yr landing at niagara.

Best of luck all of you who r waiting for ppr. I really hope u get yrs soon.

So when one does a flag pole or landing we will need to show the officers what our bank account entails? Just seeking clarification on that. Thanks.

allthebest, any other documents you had to present to them?

My ecas use to display only my mailing address, now its mailing address and home address separately. Dont have a clue but hoping its the file they start working on. Staying positive and waiting patiently.

I experienced exactly same change as you. I am wishing for PPR now...

I got AOR on May, 2nd

It may differ border to border and depending on the officers. But for peace border n niagara border, i do heard from some friends on their landing that they were also asked to show proof of financial.

The officer told me they normally expected cad 11k minimum. Other than that, she only asked to show the driving license as proof of address in canada

But please dont take my info as THE standard procedure. Things can go pretty unpredictable with immigration. Just prepare all documents. Worrying or freaking out wont help. Best of luck

Ok not freaking out just wondering why they need to see that if one has been approved for PR which would me we would have already been vetted. Thanks for the heads up though and congrats!

So my ECAS now shows up 2 addresses. I remember some members reporting this yesterday. I'm fairly certain that this has no relevance to application processing but just wanted to put it out there...

I got the ppr today thank you so much for all your awesome info's wish you all the best guys time will come for you and it's worth the wait :D ;D

Same for me. Just noticed today. Used to be just "current mailing address" in the right upper corner, now it's just "current home address" in the left upper corner.
Did anyone else notice the same thing ? Is it case specific or a general CIC website update ?

Could anyone else INLAND with an AOR in April check their ECAS (on their computer) and verify their address display so we can confirm it's either a general CIC website update or a case specific one ?

Please indicate whether you see "current mailing address" or "current home address" :D

Thanks ! ;)
