hi mine is same situation i saw on thursday morning ECAS changed to DECISION MADE
I don't know wats going on .they asked me to submit RCMP fingerprint on june 2, however i submitted on june 18.
and after status changed to decision made .No email yet nothing in cic account .

We received your application for permanent residence on March 15, 2015.
We started processing your application on June 22, 2015.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

She said that now I just have to wait for the email from the immigration officer requesting my passport.
