Yes. In another post for all who have got AOR, there is a family in india who have got PPR. But their ITA was the 1st or 2nd draw. So all is fair. We just have to keep faith and be patient. Im sure CIC is doing their best to clear the backlogs. Hope to hear more good news soon

Oh but he has job offer already if not mistaken.

Hi Guys,
I have got my ITA and am in process of uploading docs.
Can anyone pls clear my queries:

1. Do i need to upload only my Graduation and Post Grad Degree Certificates or I need to upload Certificates + All Marksheets from 10th, 10+2, Graduation, Post Graduation.
2. Bank says it cannot provide average balance of 6 months. But the letter will have my current balance including all accounts, FDs etc. Is that fine.
3. Do i need to provide Bank statements of last 4 months -- this might create problem since i received funds as LUMP SUM 2 months before only.

Pls help.
Any degree you claimed on your profile, you should provide the degree or certificates. So, if you claimed a BA and a Masters, then show both.
Bank-wise, I had the same problem. All my accounts but one wouldn't show individual months or full account numbers, just the average over 6 months or the current balance. What I ended up doing was uploading 6 months of statements for each account execpt one along with a letter of explaination. I'm hoping that will be enough. I wasn't expecting to have show PoFs since the CIC stated that if you were working in Canada and had a LMIA positive job offer you didn't need to do it. I have both and was asked to provide the PoF anyway.
I'm not sure what you should do about the 4 months and your deposit. They ask for 6 months so they probably want to see that.

Was it on the 16th? ::) Then that's really interesting. Or the one a week before that?

No updates. Tomorrow makes a month since I submitted my application. Hoping for good news this weekend.

Received in my inbox:

Express Entry supporting the needs of British Columbian employers.

Canada succeeding in bringing international talent here faster

May 19, 2015 — Vancouver — Express Entry is proving to be a success in serving the needs of employers and provinces alike. Canada’s Citizenship and Immigration Minister, Chris Alexander, welcomed new Express Entry permanent residents Mr. Thanikachalam Ananthakrishnan from India, and Ms. Zoe Cremin, from Ireland, to Canada.

Mr. Ananthakrishnan was accepted under the Federal Skilled Worker Program. He is employed as a Front End Engineer at custom menswear company, Indochino, in Vancouver.

Minister Alexander also welcomed Ms. Cremin, the first permanent resident under the Express Entry stream of the Provincial Nominee Program for British Columbia. She works as a software engineer at Sycle.net Technologies Ltd.

British Columbia is the first Canadian province or territory to welcome a provincial nominee as a permanent resident through Express Entry.

Launched in January, Express Entry is a new way of managing applications for Canada’s key economic immigration programs. Candidates create an online profile and express their interest in coming to Canada permanently. Candidates who meet the minimum criteria are accepted into the pool and ranked according to various factors, including language proficiency, education and work experience. Each is a leading indicator of one’s likelihood of integrating fully and quickly into Canadian society and making an optimal contribution to the economy.

So the things are happening fast, but, on the other hand they are delaying draws... Let's see what comes next.

Hey Snowoxy, what's your background check status? In progress or Not Started?
I've submitted my RCMP Record Check along with my application.
