But the catch is that, when we say "most", the statistic tells us there were only 655 cases approved as of 6 July and let's add some more for the rest of July, that can more or less make up to a thousand in total dare I say? Some preliminary data analysis tells me that having 450+ points makes the candidate among the top 10-20% ile. The approval rates however are more skewed towards in-landers also 85% of all invitations so far were given to candidates living in Canada which makes out-landers a minority.
As of now CIC has 7528 applications for PR and there have been only 655 approvals and still 5835 'In progress'

Well, over 85% of the ITAs are in-landers. This means that CIC might as well be on target and exceed it slightly. 8)sam_172452 said:
